About
I'm a senior campaign strategist with 20+ years leading global advocacy, digital transformation, and movement-building work, now seeking to apply that experience to strengthening American democracy through direct voter engagement and electoral organizing. After a decade driving international climate campaigns and pioneering AI adoption at Greenpeace International, I've concluded that protecting free and fair elections and democratic institutions is the foundation for progress on every issue I care about: climate action, ethical AI and human alignment, democracy reform, and restoring principled American global leadership. I'm a pragmatic progressive who believes this moment demands new coalitions that bring together Americans across the political spectrum, liberal and conservative alike, to defend democratic norms and ensure every eligible voter can participate in our elections.
My background bridges high-level strategy with hands-on execution. At Greenpeace, I led campaigns reaching millions across dozens of countries, managed six-figure budgets, trained teams on four continents, and co-led organizational transformation initiatives. I pioneered the adoption of generative AI tools across the organization while helping shape ethical AI guidelines. Before that, I spent years as an international journalist and filmmaker with CNN, PBS, and Voice of America, covering the Arab Spring and the 2008 U.S. presidential election. I learned to build trust across cultural and political divides, craft narratives that inspire action, and find truth in complexity. I've stayed grounded through volunteer work in Virginia, canvassing for candidates, organizing climate action, and training neighbors in digital tools for civic engagement.
I'm seeking senior, hands-on roles at nimble organizations where I can contribute to direct voter contact, field organizing, and campaign execution. I'm particularly drawn to voter engagement in battleground states, progressive infrastructure coordination, election protection with community programs, digital organizing that scales voter contact, and democracy reform groups with organizing components. I'm based in Alexandria, VA and prioritize hybrid DC roles, though I'm open to field-based positions or relocation for exceptional opportunities. I bring strategic thinking, digital innovation expertise, cross-cultural leadership, and a commitment to authentic community engagement in service of free and fair elections.
