Brendan Halloran
About
I’ve been working on complex governance and development challenges for over 15 years, leading and facilitating analysis, strategy, programming, research, evaluation and learning teams and processes. I have worked at the intersection of global and local, with leadership and advising roles in international organizations and initiatives, while staying grounded in numerous deeply contextualized issues and engagements, including over 6 years living and working on development and governance in Guatemala.
I’m passionate about working to strengthen coalitions, ecosystems and communities of practice to advance inclusive, meaningful and sustainable change to address challenges from delivering effective public services to democratic governance to climate change. I’m committed to supporting politically-informed and systems-oriented analysis, strategy, research and learning processes embedded in long-term collective reform and change efforts.
