Protect Democracy is a nonpartisan, anti-authoritarianism group dedicated to defeating the authoritarian threat, building resilient democratic institutions, and protecting freedom and liberal democracy. They utilize litigation, legislative advocacy, technology, and research to uphold free and fair elections, the rule of law, and fact-based political debate. With a diverse team of over 100 staff members across more than 20 states, Protect Democracy aims to engage and mobilize citizens to safeguard democracy for future generations.
