It produces the Lawfare Podcast. It also provides highly-detailed journalistic coverage of court proceedings in a number of high-profile national security litigations.  The Lawfare Blog was founded by Benjamin Wittes, Jack Goldsmith, and Robert Chesney on September 1, 2010
