Account Executive (Contract-to-Hire, Remote)
GoodParty.org is hiring a remote, driven Account Executive (full-cycle) with SMB experience who’s excited to use their skills to “sell” our free technology and tools that empowers anyone to run for office outside of big money and special interests. This 40-hour/week contract-to-hire role is an impactful opportunity for a sales professional who thrives on fast-paced research, rapid relationship-building, and mission-driven sales execution.
About GoodParty.org:
GoodParty.org is on a mission to make people matter more than money in our democracy by empowering independent candidates to run, win, and serve. Our AI-powered platform provides free tools to independent candidates to run their campaigns, connect with voters, and serve their communities effectively.
A majority of eligible voters, including more than half of Millennials and Gen Z, say that neither Republicans nor Democrats represent them. GoodParty.org is the solution. In 2024 we empowered 3,444 independent candidate wins across 48 states from all across the ideological spectrum. The only things our elected officials have in common is that they prioritize people over parties and community over corporate interests. In 2024, 40.3 million voters (26% of all voters) cast a ballot for our candidates. We’re not a political party, we’re a platform and a movement to democratize democracy.
Founded by serial entrepreneur Farhad Mohit ($1B+ in exits, including Flipagram/TikTok and Shopzilla), GoodParty.org is building solutions so we can have a truly representative democracy where society’s biggest problems are solved.

Who you are:
You’re up for the audacious challenge of transforming civic leadership in America and don’t think the two-party system is the answer.
You’re a research-driven sales professional with 3+ years in full-cycle roles (preferably in SaaS, civic tech, or cause-based campaigns) selling to SMBs.
You’re passionate about changing politics (could be as an interest, hobby, or volunteer) and you understand the fundamentals of how U.S. elections work.
You excel at building authentic relationships and delivering value-based sales, not transactional pitches.
You’re comfortable running end-to-end sales with no BDR support and pride yourself on taking initiative.
You’re fluent in HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and multi-channel outbound workflows.
You’ve worked in early-stage sales, can problem solve through ambiguity, and love crafting new playbooks.
You’re coachable, analytical, and excited to test hypotheses, track metrics, and help shape GoodParty.org’s future.
Bonus if:
You have experience in political campaigns, civic engagement, or advocacy.
You have an understanding of voter data, municipal elections, or local politics.
