At Good Party, we’re working to make people matter more than money in our democracy. We’re looking for a Sales Development Representative to work with our team as a contractor for 10-20 hours a week, with potential for more hours in the near future. You’ll use your sales skills to “sell” a free program for anyone to learn how to run for office outside of big money and special interests!

Whether you’re concerned about the climate, privacy, inequality, or our individual freedoms, solutions are held back by the dark doom-loop of dysfunctional partisan politics.
With over 500,000 elected offices in the United States, Good Party is empowering a grassroots revolution to take back our communities from career politicians. We help real people run winning local and state level campaigns.
Good Party’s solution is to train people to run for office plus support candidates who take our pledge with cutting-edge tech tools to win, all without selling out to the Democrats, Republicans, big money, or special interests. Our free AI Campaign Manager and team with 50+ years of campaign experience make running, winning and serving as an independent possible.
We are building a community to end the corrupt two party system and then harnessing that community’s collective power to elect the most promising independents around the country. By leveraging social media and creators, we’re making our mission to make people matter more than money mainstream.
Good Party is founded by serial entrepreneur, Farhad Mohit, with over $1B in exits — Flipagram (now TikTok), Shopzilla, and BizRate.
Scope of Work: Outreach (via calls, texts, and emails) and lead qualification of marketing-generated leads. Your leads will be people considering joining one of our training programs where we teach anyone what it takes to run for office! You’ll convert them to confirm and show up to the program, or confirm them for a meeting with our Political Director if needed. Who we’re looking for: You’ve got a mission-oriented mindset and are excited to use your sales skills for goodYou have 2+ years experience in sales with strong track record of successYou’re a standout communicator, who can effectively engage with people from all walks of life, parts of the country, and political backgroundsYou’ve got strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skillsYou’re self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goalsYou have experience handling objections, addressing concerns, and positioning solutionsYou have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related fieldEmployment Type: ContractorPay Structure: Hourly base, to be negotiated based on experience. Open to incorporating a commission structure for converted leads.Location: Remote in the United States (must be a US resident with work permit)

Who you are:
- You’ve got a mission-oriented mindset and are excited to use your sales skills for good
- You have 2+ years experience in sales with strong track record of success
- You’re a standout communicator, who can effectively engage with people from all walks of life, parts of the country, and political backgrounds
- You’ve got strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills
- You’re self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- You have experience handling objections, addressing concerns, and positioning solutions
- You have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Sales or related field
Employment Type: Contractor
Pay Structure: Hourly base, to be negotiated based on experience. Open to incorporating a commission structure for converted leads.
Location: Remote in the United States (must be a US resident with work permit)
