Civic Influencers is a nonpartisan 501(c)(3) organization dedicated to inspiring young people to make their voices heard—and their votes count. We use cutting-edge data to target campuses and communities where higher civic engagement can make the difference in an election. We believe that our data-driven approach can have a massive impact on increasing young people’s civic power. While most voter-engagement organizations tend to focus on big four-year colleges and universities, we use on-the-ground data to identify places that might otherwise be overlooked, including: • Community colleges • Trade, technical, and vocational schools • People of Color Serving Institutions (PACSIs) • Tribal campuses • Historically Black Colleges and Universities • Hispanic Serving Institutions. We’ve proven that voter-empowerment initiatives in these communities can result in significant increases in turnout—enough to swing critical elections, be it at the local, state, or federal level.
