Description

Citizen seeks an organized, strategic, and agile client-facing Project Manager / Partner Success Manager to manage external projects on behalf of Citizen customers. The ideal candidate will have experience managing multiple large projects and priorities simultaneously, interfacing with external stakeholders, and leading internal teams — as well as a demonstrated motivation to bridge divides, drive social impact, and strengthen American democracy.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Manage internal teams on client projects
  • Develop strategies to achieve project goals
  • Lead internal “kickoffs” to define roles and “after actions” to evaluate success at the completion of a project
  • Create assignments, systematically track progress, manage risks, perform QA/QC, and resolve issues throughout the course of a project
  • Interface with customers and manage those relationships/expectations throughout the course of projects
  • Manage all customer communications and meetings
  • Work collaboratively across Citizen functions as needed to complete projects which may include deliverables and tasks such as creating customer-facing materials, reviewing, proofreading, and refinement
  • Work with Citizen Account Managers to maintain strong customer relationships and identify business development opportunities that may emerge over the course of a project

Requirements

  • 2 - 5 years demonstrated history of project and/or relationship management experience
  • Demonstrated experience interfacing with customers and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated familiarity with some of the following: research, technology, data, politics, & social impact
  • Proven ability to lead teams and work collaboratively with others
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Superior writing and editing skills
  • Competency in the application of G-Suite and project management tools such as Monday.com
  • Demonstrated motivation to bridge divides, drive social impact, and strengthen American democracy
  • Candidates with the following skills will be given stronger consideration: base knowledge of data and research consulting, QA/QC experience, and demonstrated ability to translate client KPIs into project plans

Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000
