- Administrative Support:
- General support, including scheduling and email oversight
- Project management, including use of Excel to organize and maintain data on multiple workstreams
- Data tracking and benchmarking
- Meeting management, including organizing logistics, preparing and distributing materials, and organizing and reporting assignments
- Support content clearance process
- Intern management
- Media Relations Support:
- Assist with media research
- Track and manage media coverage distribution
- Draft advisories and invitations
- Social Media and Digital Engagement:
- Contribute to the organization's social media presence across multiple platforms
- Draft content, monitor engagement, and interact with followers.
Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in a communications or administrative role at a nonprofit or political organization
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Outlook
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and editing skills.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and management tools.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proven organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple concurrent projects and tasks while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
The work/life balance of employees is a priority for the Bipartisan Policy Center. As a result, BPC is currently operating on a hybrid schedule. Employees at BPC are currently coming into the office three times a week. Exact time and schedules will be determined between an employee and their manager.
