Project Coordinator, J. Ronald Terwilliger Center for Housing Policy

Bipartisan Policy Center

Bipartisan Policy Center

Administration
Washington, USA
Posted 6+ months ago
The Bipartisan Policy Center (BPC) is a Washington, DC-based think tank that helps policymakers work across the aisle to craft bipartisan solutions. By connecting lawmakers, delivering data and context, negotiating policy details, and creating space for bipartisan collaboration, BPC ensures democracy can function on behalf of all Americans. We believe that bipartisanship combines the best ideas of both parties to create even better, lasting policy.
Since 2011, BPC has developed and pursued bipartisan recommendations for growing the supply of affordable homes, providing targeted rental assistance, and supporting sustainable homeownership. BPC’s Housing Commission (2011-2013) and its Senior Health and Housing Task Force (2016) have served as catalysts for bipartisan action in Congress. Additional efforts to build consensus on affordable rental housing policies, improve credit access, advance affordability priorities in housing finance reform, and facilitate health and housing partnerships have also been well received in Congress.

BPC is currently seeking a Project Coordinator to support the J. Ronald Terwilliger Center for Housing Policy and its executive director. The center reflects the deep commitment of both BPC and philanthropist Ron Terwilliger to the idea that every American family deserves a decent, safe, and affordable place to live.
