Alaska made history in 2020 by becoming the second state to adopt ranked choice voting in general elections for state and federal offices and the first state to combine a Top-4 nonpartisan primary with RCV. Unlike many ballot measures passed in 2020 across the nation, Ballot Measure 2 and the policies passed necessitated continued growth and work from the supporters. Following this monumental success in 2020, the Alaskans for Better Elections sought to create a 501c3 and 501c4 organization focussed on Implementation, Defense, and Education of what was passed by the will of the voters of Alaska.

Alaskans For Better Elections is an equal opportunity employer.
